What to Expect:
Join Passion for Spices Chef Sam Kadko for an interactive, hands-on cooking experience where you will learn classic techniques using local and sustainable ingredients. You will receive the recipes and ingredient list when you register. This will be a live cooking class where you and your friends and family will be able to create these tasty recipes in the comfort of your home with the guidance of the chef. After registration, you will receive a Zoom link which will connect you to the class.

In this five day program, teens and young adults will be able to progressively build their cooking skills. On the fifth day, they will demonstrate their skills by making a four course menu and sharing it with their family.
