What to Expect:
Join Passion for Spices Chef Sam Kadko for an interactive, hands-on cooking experience where you will learn classic techniques using local and sustainable ingredients. You will receive the recipes and ingredient list when you register. This will be a live cooking class where you and your friends and family will be able to create these tasty recipes in the comfort of your home with the guidance of the chef. After registration, you will receive a Zoom link which will connect you to the class.

Hot-Smoked Salmon with Spicy Mango Salsa
Grilled Rib-eye Steak
Spanish Grilled Vegetables (Escalivada)

In this class you will learn basic knife skills and about the different types of knives for cooking. You will also learn the fundamental cuts: mince, dice, brunoise, batonnet, and julienne. We will prepare and enjoy some classic dishes using seasonal ingredients.
