Serves 8 - 10
Put sugar and water in a sauce pan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
- In a pitcher, add the mint leaves to crushed ice and a few slices of lime.
- Add the simple syrup and mix.
- Add the pomegranate juice and the lime juice and mix it well.
- Top it with the sparkling mineral water.
- Pour over a lime ring.
1 cup of water
1 cup of evaporated cane sugar
4 limes, juiced
1 lime cut into ½ inch rings
1 quart of sparkling mineral water
1 quart of pomegranate juice
1 bunch of fresh mint leaves
2 cups of crushed ice
