With almost two decades of experience, Pierre has made a significant impact on the fine dining world, particularly during his tenure as Chef de Cuisine at Frevo in New York City, where he led the restaurant to earn a coveted Michelin Star. Pierre's career has been shaped by collaborations with culinary legends such as Alain Ducasse and his work at world-renowned establishments like Le Meurice (3 Michelin Stars) and Plaza Athenee (3 Michelin Stars). His unique blend of classical French techniques and contemporary creativity sets him apart.
