We at Passion for Spices had a great two weeks teaching challenging cooking techniques to over twenty curious, ambitious, and wonderful kids and teens.
- Classic recipes from cultures across the globe, such as how to make fresh pasta, Vegetable Quiche, and British Cottage Pie
- The basic science that occurs with common food processes, like gluten forming from wheat and enzyme interaction
- All lessons involved, as by Passion for Spices methodology, hands-on learning and used non-processed, organic ingredients with top-notch, experienced chefs as instructors
