James Peterson’s Signed Cookbook “Sauces: Classical and Contemporary Sauce Making” is available for an additional cost.

We are thrilled to invite you to our in-person cooking class featuring seven time James Beard award winning chef, James Peterson. This class features classic French cooking techniques, with a Fathers’ Day twist that is just in time for summer! We will grill grass-fed ribeye steaks, paired with Béarnaise sauce, create magic with seasonal local asparagus, and end the class with a French classic: Crêpes Suzette.

This class is BYOB, and wine recommendation is included.
